My Glambot Experience

viernes, 4 de noviembre de 2016

Hello, gorgeous! I bet most of you have already heard of Glambot, but just in case you haven't, it is a website that buys gently used makeup, from both high end and some affordable brands such as Colourpop, sanitizes them and resales them at a lower price. I recently decided to place an order and I am here to share my experience.

I wasn’t thinking of buying anything but I saw this amazing Urban Decay special edition Pulp Fiction palette ($23 USD), it was completely new, (they show you in percentage how much product is left) but I couldn’t miss on it, since it is a relic for any Tarantino (and UD) fan! I also got the Nars Semi Matte Lipstick in Heat Wave ($19 USD), this shade is just my cup of tea. I recieved the items well packaged with bubble wrap and it took two weeks and a half to arrive (shipping to my country usually takes up to two months). Both of the products had a seal to make sure the product wasn’t touched after sanitizing. The top of the lipstick was cut for hygienic reasons.

I was really impressed with the huge amount of products that they had and all the limited edition stuff that was on sale! They have only one, sometimes few more of each product, so you have to be quick and hunt the site since the inventory is changing all the time. I found that most the prices were just a couple of dollars lower than the original ones (there are some items with +50% discounts!), but it is an amazing option if you want to get makeup that is not sold in your country (they ship worldwide) or to find some great limited edition things. They have $10 USD off your first order and also have amazing deals everyday, so I would definitely recommend them for those purposes.

Thank you so much for reading, I want to apologize for the long hiatus I took, I had many things to do, school took most of my time, and I decided that I needed a break from blogging so I could focus on my exams. Good news, I passed both of them! Woohoo! My grades weren’t as I wanted but they were pretty good still (yay for conformism! [not really]), and my computer is dying on me, again. But hey, I am back! Let me know if you have ever bought something from Glambot? How was your experience?
