Lazy Girl's Guide To Single Eyeshadows

jueves, 18 de agosto de 2016

I just recently went back to school and that means it’s time to go lazy with my makeup, that’s why I decided to grab all my favorite multitasking single eyeshadows. I don’t like them that much for the brand but more for the color and what I do with them, so feel free to not buy any of this products and just grab anything similar you may already have in your collection.

MAC eyeshadow in ‘Carbon’ – I use this every single day, doesn’t matter what kind of look I’m going for. Mostly as an eyeliner everyday and it is my favorite for setting the eyeliner in the waterline, I have very runny eyes and it’s the only way my eyeliner won’t smudge.

Nyx Hot Singles Eyeshadow in ‘Own the Night’ – I like this for deepening the crease whenever I want to do a more dramatic look and for filling in my eyebrows when I have fresh dyed hair. If you want, you could just get any eyeshadow that matches your hair color.

MAC eyeshadow in ‘Brulé’ – I use it for highlighting under the brows or cleaning any extra blended eyeshadow. I also use it to set my waterline when I am not wearing anything so my tightline doesn’t transfer. You could use any eyeshadow that is a shade lighter than your skin tone for this.

Jordana single eyeshadow in ‘LUV2$HOP’ – Written like in those MySpace days. I love it for some crease color! I even use it by itself. I love my warm eyeshadows so I go for straight orange, if you don’t, get something a little bit more on the cool or neutral side.

Essence eyeshadow in ‘Apricotta’ – I love using this shimmery shade as a wash of color on the eyelids; I also double its function and use it sometimes as a face highlighter, it has a beautiful yet subtle golden sheen than works perfectly with skintones with more yellow in them.

Tell me which are your favorite single eyeshadows and why, I would love to get some recommendations!
