It has been a long time since I wrote something, but many things happened, my computer stopped working, then I moved houses and lost my camera (I’m just trying to get used to take the pictures with my pone) and many other things, but now I can and will get more posts uploaded. I will start this time with my current favorite things, which they are also pretty good for the summer.
Nivea Men After Shave Balm – Everyone has been talking about this so I decided to give it a shot. Just so you know, I have quite oily skin and live in a very humid place and this works great. My makeup lasts a lot more than usual and looks almost exactly the same at the end of the day, although it’s not as good for oil control, I still get a little bit oily in my T zone (but just a little).
Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Eyeliner in ‘Black Ink’ – I must admit there are a lot of eyeliners that are way darker and smoother than this one, but I have been using it as a brow pomade, since I have black hair now and it works quite well, specially when I am going for a dramatic look, also lasts a long time!
Ben Nye Neutral Set Colorless Powder – The most amazing powder I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot. It’s the only one that can keep me matte all day. It is super heavy duty, since it is for theatrical makeup, so I don’t use it on regular basis, just for those days that I need some extreme hold and it works perfectly, also, it seems like I will never be able to use the whole thing up, it has so much product and it's so affordable!
Mac Mineralize Skin Finish in ‘Soft & Gentle’ – I just recently got it and I must admit it changed my highlighting game completely. You can go from a subtle glow to a disco ball with it depending on how much you pack on. I even enjoy the glitter, which isn’t as noticeable as in other highlighters.
E.l.f. Shimmering Facial Whip in ‘Spotlight’ – A liquid highlighter that costs only $1! I can’t avoid thinking it is pretty underrated. It’s quite natural and I love using this to mix with my foundation, as a base for other highlighters or even on it’s own as a subtle glow.
L.A. Colors Mineral Blush in ‘Naturale’ – A perfect blush for summer, I use it lightly on my cheeks and it gives a natural tanned color to the skin, perfect for girls like me who like the tan look but hate tanning, either fake or real.
So, these are some of my favorite products recently, have you try them? If so, do you like them? I would also love which products you have been loving recently <3
