Now that I started blogging about the things I buy and about other stuff I already have, I realized that I have a shopping problem. That’s why I decided to start the famous Project 10 Pan: I won’t be buying any new products until I finish 10 I already have. I chose products that I like, but for some reason I just don’t use and are sitting on my vanity without being touched. These are the products I chose:
I got the Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream because everyone on Youtube used to rave about it. I like it, it has an amazing velvety finish, but I don’t reach much for it because it isn’t as moisturizing as other BBs I have. At this moment, the packaging is almost full.
Another product I bought because of YT. The Benefit The POREfessional is a great pore filler (not a primer as I thought) and I just don’t reach for it because it doesn’t prolong the stay of my makeup and I don’t have the biggest pores ever, anyway.
The NYX Eyeshadow Base is a great, eyeshadows blend really well and it also covers discoloration like a dream. I used to love this; I just got new things I reach for.
The Mary Kay Concealer is super thick and full coverage. I stopped using this because it creased on my undereyes and looked heavy on the rest of my skin. My mission is to find a way to make this work.
The Mary Kay Mineral Powder Foundation is a product I always reach for when my skin is having problems. The issue with this is that I’ve had it for too long, I’ve used the heck out of this and it seems to have the same amount of product it had when I bought it.
The ELF Studio Golden Bronzer is really sweet looking on pale skin, it is shimmery and you can use every color for different purposes. I want to use this up because I prefer other things way more.
Another classic is the Nars ‘Orgasm’ Blush, which, to be honest, isn’t anything special. The color is pretty but I don’t like the chunks of glitter it has. I hate the packaging, it gets super dirty in no time and it broke by just opening it, which I don’t expect from my $28 blush. I do believe this is extremely famous just because of the name.
The Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in ‘Black Ink’was great, until it dried up (which was quickly). I made a blogpost about how to keep using dry gel eyeliners, check here.
MAC Viva Glam V is the only MAC lipstick I own, I too sad, I don’t love it, the color is pretty and the shimmer on this doesn’t bother me, it’s just that the color so neutral that it looks like I’m wearing nothing, something that may be good for everyday.
Maybelline Colorsensational Vivids in ‘Electric Orange’ is a true yellow based orange. I like the color a lot, but I prefer matte textures.
I won’t be buying anything makeup related during the challenge, only things that are extremely necessary, something like mascara or makeup remover. I will be updating you by the end of every month until December, when the challenge will end; even if I don’t use everything up (I would like to treat myself a little on Christmas). If I run out of any product, I will be replacing it with another product that will be entering the challenge. I love watching videos and reading posts about this challenge, but I admit I’m kind of nervous. Hope you enjoy!
