I am a Korean beauty enthusiast, a lot of my favorite products are from Korean brands, and as I buy everything online, my products come with a bunch of samples. My favorite website to buy Korean makeup and skincare is beautynetkorea, they always have great discounts and the shipping is really fast.
Yesterday, I opened one of my drawers and found a lot of samples I have never used, and I decided to test them out, do a little review on each one of them and let you know if I like them enough to purchase the full size product.
Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Eye Patch »
This eye patches are supposed to give moisture and brighten the dark skin around the eyes. The patches are black with holes for the eyes, making you look like a panda (but they actually made me look like Deadpool). I did not see many brightening effects but they are really moisturizing and have a cooling effect that intensifies while you’re wearing them. I will be buying the pack of 5 for those days that I feel really tired.
Tony Moly I’m Real Aloe Soothing Lotion »
It is a thin cream, almost liquid, it has a nice herbal scent but as I don’t have sensitive skin, it didn’t do anything for me. Maybe if you have sensitive skin, you should give this a shot.
Tony Moly I’m Real Avocado Rich Cream »
This is a thick moisturizer and it also has an herbal scent. I think it did a great job on moisturizing my skin overnight, but I found it looked a little bit oily when I woke up. It didn’t bother me because I washed my face and the problem was over. Maybe I will buy this after I finish my current night cream.
Tony Moly I’m Real Tea Tree Sebum & Pore Lotion »
The consistency of this is very liquid; it controlled my oils and made my skin look matte for longer. I think this is a good product but I don’t have the intention of buying it, at least not anytime soon.
Tony Moly Banana Hand Milk »
The consistency of this is very thick, it feels quite moisturizing and doesn’t have an oily feel, your hands feel more velvety. It has a delicious smell; it doesn’t smell like the real fruit, but more like candy. I have very dry hands and I will definitely buy this, I also want to try the other products from this collection, especially the lip balm.
Skinfood Broccoli Toner »
This is a liquid toner, I think with this kind of products you have to use them constantly to see if they work, it felt clean and a little drying, and the smell reminded me of vinegar, something that turned me off about it.
Etude House Nymph Aura Volumer »
This is a product you are supposed to use before your makeup or combining it with your foundation or BB cream to give you a beautiful glow. I love this combined with heavy foundations to make them look less cakey. I wouldn’t recommend using this on its own or with a BB/CC cream because it would look too oily. I actually have been wanting to buy this for months but I haven’t found the full size. I think I’m just going to buy 20 samples of this.
Etude House Collagen Moistfull Cream »
This is a moisturizer that goes on pretty thick on the skin and smells a little manly (which I like). It did moisturize my skin well, but I didn’t find it to be something out of this world, I think I can find other moisturizers better than this one.
Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen Cream »
This one also goes really thick and has the same smell as the regular one, I think it moisturized my skin pretty well for some hours, but didn’t find it amazing. I think I can’t really tell with these ones because I didn’t have enough product and didn’t use it for enough time. Anyway, this didn’t buy me either and I am not interested on getting the full size.
