Etude House: Face conditioning cream [light]

sábado, 4 de julio de 2015

This is supposed to be used as a primer, after your skincare and before your makeup. It claims to be whitening, anti-wrinkle and balancing properties (from which I can’t really tell).

It looks like a white cream (of course, when applying it, it goes on as a transparent cream) and has a strong perfume-like scent which may bother some people but doesn’t last long. Unlike the regular version, which is super thick, this is super easy to apply and feels really light on the skin.

At first, when you apply it, it gives the skin a really nice glow, without being shimmery and feels moisturizing too.

I find that this makes my makeup go on a lot smoother and makes my foundation look more natural, dewy, and makes it last longer.

I have oily skin and it doesn’t keep me matte, it gives my makeup more of a radiant, glowy finish, but it controls my natural oils well enough so I don’t look like an oil slick.

PROs:
·         ♡ Makes makeup last longer.
·         ♡ Controls natural oils.
·        ♡ SPF 25.
·         ♡ Easy to blend.
·         ♡ Makeup looks more natural.
·         ♡ Skin looks glowy.
·        ♡ Skincare additives.

CONs:
·         ♡ Strong smell.

To be honest I love this primer and I would repurchase it all the time, I prefer it way more than my silicony primers which actually make my skin breakout. I was scared of it since it is a moisturizing primer, but I ended loving it, so even if you have oily skin, I recommend you give this a try.

I got mine at beautynetkorea.
